Terms of Service服务条款

These Terms are between SceneMixer ("Platform", "we", at scenemixer.com) and you. By registering or using the service you accept them, including the bold clauses. The full in-product agreement (Settings → Platform Agreement) forms part of these Terms and prevails where they differ.

01The Service

SceneMixer turns scripts and novels into storyboards, character/scene assets and AI-generated video. Generation runs on third-party AI models; results are probabilistic and we do not guarantee any particular generation meets your expectations.

02Accounts

• Provide accurate information and keep credentials secure; activity under your account is your responsibility.
• No multi-account abuse of sign-up benefits; promotional credits may be withheld from abusive registrations.
• Not directed at minors.

03Credits, Payments & Subscriptions

• Credits are prepaid virtual instruments consumed by generation; each operation's price is shown before you confirm.
• Credits are charged on delivery. Tasks failing before reaching the provider are auto-refunded; ambiguous failures are held for review, never silently charged.
• Payments run through third-party processors (e.g. Stripe). Purchased credits are non-refundable except where required by law or where a paid service was not delivered.
• Subscriptions renew per the displayed plan; cancelling stops the next cycle — the current cycle is not refunded pro-rata and benefits run to period end.
• Chargebacks on delivered services may lead to credit reversal and account suspension.

05AI-Generated Content Marking

• Output carries a two-layer mark: a visible label plus an invisible, compression-resistant watermark / content credential, per applicable rules (e.g. CN deep-synthesis provisions, EU AI Act Art. 50).
• Removing the visible label is an optional paid feature, available only where your use-case's law permits; the invisible layer is never removed. We may audit and revoke the capability.

06Your Content & IP

• You retain rights in your uploads and warrant you may use them for generation.
• Subject to full payment and compliance, you may use generated results commercially to the extent permitted by law and upstream model terms.
• You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display your content solely to run the service. Platform software, UI and branding remain ours.

07Copyright Complaints (DMCA)

Send takedown notices to support@scenemixer.com with the work, infringing URL, contact, good-faith statement and signature. Valid notices lead to removal; repeat infringers may be terminated.

08Disclaimers & Liability

• Provided "as is"; no warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
• No liability for indirect or consequential damages, nor for how you use generated content.

09Termination, Changes & Contact

You may stop using the service and request deletion anytime. We may suspend accounts violating Section 04, with lawful balances handled per Section 03. Material changes to these Terms are announced in-product; continued use is acceptance. Questions: support@scenemixer.com · Privacy Policy.
